Brighton 3T's Chapel
As part of the 3Ts redevelopment project at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, the interior of the 165-year-old chapel will start a new life as it’s relocated to a purpose-built space in the scheme’s first new building.

The scheme will rejuvenate the Royal Sussex County Hospital site in Brighton and deliver a modern, clinically-renowned and world-leading teaching hospital.

Broadwater Road
We were appointed by Hightown Housing Association to develop a proposal for a block of housing that would involve the demolition of a five-storey, commercial/office building and the erection of a four-storey block of 128 affordable, one and two bedroom apartments, with landscaping and associated basement car parking.

Foxhill
We were appointed by Bellway Homes to develop a Reserved Matters Application for 180 dwellings at Foxhill, north of Northampton Road, Brackley.

Wixams Village
We were appointed by Barratt David Wilson Homes to develop Reserved Matter Applications for five different parcels within Willow Grove (Village 2) of the Wixams settlement near Bedford; representing a total number of 887 dwellings, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to 5 bedroom, detached properties in both market and affordable tenures.
